Brett Stambolian’s interest in the law was sparked during his career as a Division I baseball player at The University of Tennessee and Hofstra University where he was recognized as captain during his senior year. Brett brings the same competitive spirit, perseverance, and leadership he displayed on the baseball field to the courtroom.
A strong litigator and comprehensive attorney, Brett is often called upon by his firm, Robinson & Yablon, PC, when all settlement negotiations have failed. Brett has tried cases in all five boroughs of New York City, as well as the defense friendly Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Brett has successfully negotiated numerous multi-million dollar settlements and along with Mr. Yablon handles the consulting side of the practice which entails evaluating cases for risk and suitability for investment.
Brett is admitted to practice law in New York state and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is also an active member in the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and American Association for Justice.
